At MEEDEN ART, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your home art supplies, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
